Clarice Millhouse is a former ranch brat who lives in rural Oregon, in a funky house on a historic pioneer property with a natural 10′ waterfall just outside of her writing room window. She is a widow, but her house is always busy with two dogs, a clutter of cats, and the friendly ghost of a railroad conductor named George
